This policy explains what Plima collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at privacy@plima.ai.
Who we are
Plima provides a content assistant you talk to on Telegram. For the purposes of data-protection law (including the GDPR), Plima is the data controller for the data described below. Contact: privacy@plima.ai.
What we collect
Your phone number, which you enter on this site to start your conversation.
Your language, detected from your number and from how you write, so we can reply in it.
Your Telegram identifiers (such as your user ID and username) once you open the conversation, so we can recognise you.
The messages and content you send the assistant, and the posts it drafts for you, so the service can work and improve for you.
Basic technical data (such as approximate region and device type) needed to deliver and secure the service.
Why we use it and our legal basis
To create your conversation and detect your language, based on your consent, given when you submit your number.
To provide the assistant, draft your posts and publish only what you approve, to perform our agreement with you.
To keep the service secure and improve it, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable product.
We do not use your number for advertising and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Telegram, because the conversation happens there (see Telegram's own privacy policy).
Service providers who host our systems and help generate drafts (for example, cloud and AI providers), bound by contracts that limit them to processing data on our instructions.
Authorities, only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and security obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your data, and object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@plima.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising cookies and no intrusive tracking. We use only what is strictly necessary to serve the page and, if enabled, privacy-friendly aggregate analytics that do not identify you.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the conversation.
