Terms of Service

The service

Plima is an assistant, reachable on Telegram, that helps you draft and publish content. It proposes posts; you decide. Nothing is published without your approval.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use Plima for a business, you confirm you may act on its behalf.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you send and to the posts you approve. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (such as processing your messages and publishing posts you approve to the channels you connect).

You're responsible for what you choose to publish and for having the rights to any material you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use Plima for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and don't try to break, overload, or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Plima available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Price

Starting a conversation is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you clearly before any charge applies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Plima is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time, just tell the assistant or stop messaging, and you can ask us to delete your data. We may end access if these terms are seriously breached.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: hello@plima.ai.
